Dr. WONG Chung Kiu, BBS, MH, is the Chairman of iASPEC Technologies Group and a Distinguished Fellow of the Hong Kong Computer Society.  Dr. Wong received his Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley.  Amongst all his public services, Dr. Wong serves as a member of the Central Committee of the New People’s Party; Chairman of the Advisory Committee of the Department of Information Engineering of the Chinese University of Hong Kong; Chairman of the Advisory Committee of the Department of Mathematics of the City University of Hong Kong; and member of the Sub-group on Talent Development of the Digital Economy Development Committee of the Innovation, Technology and Industry Bureau etc.
