Personal data including names, addresses, e-mail addresses, etc. are collected from our site visitors and our event participants on a voluntary basis. The data are collected and used by us for the purposes of conducting research and analysis, keeping of statistics, organization of activities and communication of our news.

Savantas Policy Institute will use your contact details (including email address, correspondence address, company address and mobile/phone/fax number) to keep you informed of news, activities and events of our offices and affiliated organizations. If your contact details or donation records are already in our database, we will continue to deliver this information to you as usual. Your personal data will be kept strictly confidential and not be used for any other purposes without your consent unless such use is required by law.

To whom the data may be transferred

Access to personal data collected is limited to authorised personnel within Savantas for internal use for the purposes aforesaid only. Savantas may transfer personal data collected to our consultants and service providers for the aforesaid purposes. The transmission of any information on-line is not secured by encryption.
